What if something is missing from my package?

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the destination. For orders within Europe, shipping costs start at €3.75, this varies from country to country. International shipping costs start at €9.
Orders within europe with an order value higher than €50 will be shipped for free.
You will see the correct shipping cost on the checkout page.
How long will my package take to ship?
The shipping time can vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 2 business days to 5 weeks.
Europe: 2-7 business days
US & Canada: shipments can take up to 5 weeks
Rest of the world: shipments can take up to 5 weeks
